  I saw Dr. Rotter back in 2013 and liked her care and was impressed by her. I never received a reminder of any kind and I just took it upon myself to call and find out if I was due to be seen again. Since it has been greater than 3 years this means that I am now once again a "new patient". Well, that means she is scheduling out to November. I'm a busy physician myself and I don't know my schedule until about one month out. I explained this to the person speaking with me, and she was absolutely unhelpful. Didn't care and wasn't willing to help in any way. While she wasn't exactly rude, she was far from friendly or helpful. I am now going to move my care elsewhere. It's too bad, because I was impressed with Dr. Rotter, but her front desk staff is bringing her down. I'm glad I don't run my own practice this way.

  Let me first start off by saying I'm a registered nurse so I know how patients should be treated and I believe this place has hkorrible service! At every appointment they run at least 30 minutes late. They let me leave my pregnancy glucose test with a CBS of 31 (almost comatose). When I called to complain to the office manager about poor treatment I was told she would call back but never did. The doctors vacations are not scheduled to accommodate patients so many appointments end up being canceled last minute. They also cancel ultrasounds when the doctors are called out, which doesn't make sense that the ultrasound tech is unable to give an ultrasound without the doctor in the office since a doctor does not preform the ultrasound. Very frustrated with this practice and could go on.
