- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called to be a new patient. I was told I cant be a patient because I owe money...never received a call , letter anything at all to inform me of this. I had insurance to cover theses bills but somehow some woman named Jennifer was so rude and defensive, telling me I will not be accepted as a client. She is sure that they wont, I asked why? Can you please explain this to me because I do not know what you are talking about. Her exact words " i doubt that, we sent you to collections so they did let you know" i was like no they did not, I have never received anything from you or any collection agency or credit bureau in regards to this, this makes no sense.She wouldn't listen to me so I had to disconnect the call. She then calls my personal pone to continue degrading me telling I had to know and I wont be accepted. I feel offended and harassed by this woman.April 22, 2017by Olga Delgado
